Malcolm has 30+ years’ experience in Investment Banking, Fixed Income, Early Stage Investment Strategy specialising in Agribusiness.  Malcolm is a very experienced company executive, with strengths in corporate governance, strategic planning and operations.  He has invested and assisted in strategically advancing a number of successful private and Publicly listed companies, of which he continues to sit on the Board of such as:

• Grow Green Australia – Globalisation strategies and distribution: now exporting to many countries across 5 continents.
• Wandana Investments Pty Ltd – Proven track record in successful early stage investment and company development.
  Diverse businesses specialising in agribusiness.
• Praemium – Founding Investor and Non-Executive Director – Founding Investor and Board member working closely with its founder, Arthur Naoumidis, raising capital when necessary, diversifying the investor base and taking the company from a concept all the way to its ASX listing.  Praemium has more than 300,000 investor accounts, manages more than A$100 billion in funds globally and services more than 700 financial institutions.

UBS Investment Bank – Fixed Income Risk Management – Developed significant relationships with key global investment managers and domestic institutions including Queensland Treasury Corporation, Victorian Finance Corporation, NSW Treasury Corporation and the Reserve Bank of Australia.
